2019 Pinot Gris

The new
favorite white!!! The 2019 Pinot Gris is a great wine to pair with
lighter appetizers or one of our many Chicken pastas!! This light, crisp
white wine is a great pairing with our Pear and fig pizza or our new
favorite Mango Prosciutto pizza!! This is our only white wine available
now. Enjoy!
2018 St. Croix

The St.
Croix grapes were grown here in Klamath County in Merrill Oregon. We
believe this is the first locally grown grape, commercially produced
wine in the county!! St. Croix is a cold weather varietal grape designed
to withstand subzero winter temperatures. Our plan for this grape was to
make a rose’ and even discussed how much skin contact to allow to
determine our shade of pink. Well………When Ken squeezed the grape, the
juice was red!! So no skin contact and we still have a very red rose’!
So when your drink this wine, think Rose’, with more flavor!! We
recommend serving our St. Croix chilled on a nice warm day! It pairs
wonderfully with chicken picatta, white fish or lighter dishes. Very
limited case production.
2018 Sangiovese........

Our popular pasta
and burger wine is back. This light red is perfect for sipping with
appetizers or a lighter dinner. I do believe it will be perfect with the
holiday turkey. So excited to have this available again.
2020
Marquette.......... $18
A new wine for
us. The Marquette is cold weather hardy grape and was grown in Merrill.
It is a fruitier red wine and has not been put of oak. It is a very
different style than our other red wines. You just need to come taste
it!!
Kenzie Red ......... $25

The Kenzie Red is our red table wine, it is a blend of
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. This wine was aged on French Oak and are very
happy with it. I bet its not around long!! This wine pairs well
with Paella, Pork Tenderloin, Chicken Cacciatore, or tomato based pasta
dishes. It is also great to sip on while enjoying appetizers before
dinner.
2018 Cabernet "Frank"

Cabernet " Frank"
is our 100% Cabernet Franc, this is another wonderful Rogue Valley grape
that comes from a different vineyard then our other reds. It has a red,
white and black label design that stands out as we believe this wine
does. It has become our "go
to" wine. This is a light to medium bodied red wine and it pairs with so
many different foods.
Positively Red ...........

Positively Red is
a blend of 58%Cabernet Franc and 42% Syrah. This is definitely our
new favorite wine!! This medium bodied red is smooth and so drinkable.
It pairs with such a variety of dishes from heavier meats to lighter
pastas. If you were a fan of our previous Sangiovese’s, you have to try
Positively Red!
2015
Cabernet Sauvignon ............ $28

Our 100%
Cabernet Sauvignon is unfiltered and has great color. It is a big red
with a lot of complex flavors. We are very excited about the release of
this wine. This one of the great Cabernets we have released, and is very
similar to our 2014 Cabernet. It was a great growing year for the
grapes. We pair this great red wine with grilled tri-tip, prime rib or a
nice rib eye steak on the BBQ.
2015 &
2018 Syrah .......... $30
This 100% Syrah
is unfiltered and considered our “wine with chocolate”. We usually pair
this wine with dark chocolates, but it is also great with lamb and big
stews. The Syrah is ready to drink now, (we know where you can get
more!!), or can be aged a few years. This is one of our signature Big
Reds and a great year.
